Thank you for shopping at Purify Air UV. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. Our refunds and returns policy is designed to be as straightforward and fair as possible, so you can shop with confidence.

Returns

You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • Your item must be in the original packaging.
  • Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Process for Initiating a Return

  1. Contact Customer Support: Before sending the item back, please contact us at [email protected] with your order number and the reason for the return.
  2. Receive Return Authorization: We will provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. This number should be clearly labeled on the package.
  3. Package Your Return: Securely package your product, ensuring the RMA number is included inside.

Return Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

Partial Refunds or Restocking Fees

If the item is not returned in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts for reasons not due to our error, a partial refund may be granted:

  • Item not in its original condition, is damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error: Up to 50% of the item’s price.
  • Item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery: No refund.

Exchanges

If your item is defective or damaged, we are happy to exchange it for the same item. Please follow the process outlined above for returns, indicating that you would like an exchange instead of a refund.
